1) Where does Curious Baby Elephant delivers to?
We deliver everywhere within Hong Kong.

 

2) What are the TYPES of delivery method that we offer?
We offer 2 types of delivery method:

a) Local and international shipping

b) Pick up

 

2) PICK UP METHOD

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email with instruction of self-pick up. We will set a date and time (working hours) and you can collect it once it is ready. Do let us know, if the timing is not possible, and we can re-arrange the time to your convenience.

3) LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD
What are the delivery charges for shipping method?
Below are the delivery charges guide for reference.  

Hong Kong Shipping

Light Items: HKD40

Medium Items: HKD50

Heavy/Fragile Items: HKD60

The delivery charges will be shown at the checkout/shipping section.

 

International Shipping

6)  Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we deliver overseas, please send us an email at curiousbabyelephant@gmail.com. We will advise you the shipping cost before confirming your order. 

NOTE: Please note that Curious Baby Elephant Artisanal Studio is not held responsible for any customs or import taxes as it is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please feel free to contact us at curiousbabyelephant@gmail.com or your local customs office to check more details on it.

 

4) How long does it take to deliver?

Local Delivery:
We aim to deliver to you asap and you will receive it within 7 working days.  If there are any unforeseen circumstances for any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. Due to the current global pandemic situation, there is a possibility of delay by the shipping company. 

International Delivery:
We aim to deliver to you asap and you will receive it within 3 to 4 weeks working days (depending on the location area).  If there are any unforeseen circumstances for any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. Due to the current global pandemic situation, there is a possibility of delay by the shipping company. 

5)  How long do I need to wait for product that is out of stock? 
Usually, it takes between 1 to 2 weeks. Due to the current pandemic situation, there might be a delay in shipping the products to Hong Kong. Anyhow, we will inform you with the estimated timing, before confirming your order. 

Delivery Address
We will make delivery to your address as stated when you set up an account or update that address. If you change address you must notify us so that we deliver to the correct address. Any changes to address details must be made before the order deadlines.
You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and for giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address or fail to be present to receive the delivery, we disclaim all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft/tampering.
We reserve the right not to deliver to all locations and to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes. You will of course not be charged for any goods that are not delivered to you.
You will not be charged for incorrect products or products which we have not delivered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the incorrect products or the products not so delivered (refer to terms & condition section for more details).

Important Note

We put every effort into getting your order delivered. We will contact you via phone or email if the first attempt fails. If unfortunately, the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges will apply, if redelivery is requested.

PAYMENT

1) Which forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept Bank Deposit, FPS, Credit Cards payment by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. 

2) How does Bank Deposit or FPS methods work?                     
For Bank Deposit/FPS methods please make the fund transfer on the same day as the order is placed. This is to avoid any delays in shipping your order. Bank transfer is only available for transferring funds within Hong Kong.

We will email/message you for the bank account details/ FPS details.

Once the fund transfer is completed, please email a photo of the bank transfer slip or online payment screenshot as proof of payment to curiousbabyelephant@gmail.com.

Please include your order number/items ordered and name in the email subject line.

Note: Please note that if there are any bank charges, you will then need to cover the fee of your bank, so that we receive the full amount of the order.

3) How does Credit Card Payment work?
Credit Card Payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express is accepted. Card number, name on card, expire month/year, billing address and CVV code of credit card should be entered at checkout in order to process the payment.
